If we are unable to publish your news story on any news site, you will be entitled to a full refund. Alternatively, we may offer to redo your order, though you retain the option to request a full refund. Please be aware that while we strive for successful placement, we do not guarantee publication on every site included in your package, as the decision to feature a press release ultimately rests with each publisher. Nevertheless, we remain confident that the publications listed in each package will feature your press release.

Buyer's Remorse

We understand that purchasing decisions can change; therefore, we offer a 24-hour buyer's remorse period from the time of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within this 24-hour period to be eligible for consideration. After this timeframe, all sales are considered final, and refunds will not be issued.

Customer Responsibility and Timely Submission of Information

To fulfill your order, we require the completion and submission of all necessary forms and information as outlined at the time of purchase and post purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to provide this information in a timely manner. Failure to do so will result in delays or inability to deliver the product or service.

Refunds will not be issued, and disputes will not be honored in cases where the customer has not provided the required information within 15 days of purchase. Refunds During the Writing Process

If you choose to cancel your during the writing process, a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total order amount will be applied. This fee is necessary to cover any preparatory costs incurred prior to cancellation.

Refund requests made during the publishing process will not be honored. Once publishing has commenced, it is not possible to halt the process or recover associated costs. Refunds After Order Completion

If the text of the approved article does not match the live publications, you may request a free removal and republishing of the content. This policy does not apply to differences in formatting or the placement of images/videos and advertisements, as these elements are managed solely at the discretion of each news site.

While we make every effort to ensure your press release is published on the minimum number of news sites included in your package, the final decision to publish rests with each news site.

Consequently, no refunds will be issued for any reason post publishing including if the publication falls below the minimum number of sites due to editorial decisions made by the news sites.

Disputes and Refunds

All refund requests and disputes, including those initiated through banks or payment processors, are subject to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy, which is also incorporated into our Terms and Conditions by reference.

Refund eligibility is determined based on the conditions set forth in this policy, and users are required to follow the specified refund request procedures.

In the event of a dispute, including a chargeback or claim filed with a bank or payment processor, we reserve the right to provide documentation supporting our compliance with this Refund Policy.
